The instant messaging app is a relief news for the group admin of WhatsApp. According to the Nagpur bench of the Bombay High Court, now the group administrator, that is, the group creator, will not be responsible due to the wrong post of a member in the WhatsApp group. If someone puts a wrong post in the group, then the group administrator will not be held guilty for that. After this, those who form the group will get relief.
Group members will not be responsible

With this decision, the court gave relief to many WhatsApp administrators. Many times, such posts are shared with the members connected in the WhatsApp group, which they should not do. It is very difficult for a group administrator to take responsibility for the posts of all the members.
